Payment

All About Details® accepts almost any kind of credit or debit card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. We're using Stripe for credit card payment. Learn Stripe's terms of service.

We also accept PayPal payment.

Payment is due at time of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for all custom fees and/or duty taxed on international orders.


Shipping

We’re committed in shipping orders fast. We shipped all items (even customized) within 1-3 business days unless notified. We ship via USPS or Fedex, and you can expect to receive your items with 6 business days from when we shipped your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays or weekends. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. 

If you have ordered custom items, the shipping timeframe starts when we received the order confirmation. If color changes and proofs are requested, this can delay the shipping and delivery timeframe as we cannot ship the order until we receive the final approval.

Once you received the shipping notification, its just means that your order has its assigned tracking number, packed for shipping and waiting for courier’s pick-up. Normally, USPS post updates of tracking number after 24hours the shipping label was created. If your order is time constrained and didn’t notice any update after 24hours the shipping label was created, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to get response from them. 


Correct Address

Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. We cannot change your address once your order is place. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned packages.

 


Lost/Stolen Packages

Please understand that All About Details® cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to communicate with the courier.

 


Rush Orders

Due to the nature of our business, rush orders may vary and may require additional fees. If you’re purchasing custom items, All About Details® will provide an estimated processing day/days of your order and will advice if such requirement is available for rush order. If you purchased “ready-for-shipping” items, and willing to take risk of USPS Flat Rate service (in reference of the day you need the items) - All About Details® will not take responsibility of “potential late deliveries”. You may want to consider other delivery service to ensure that you’ll receive the items prior to your event. You may coordinate with All About Details® customer service regarding this matter.

 


International Orders

 

Customs Duties and Taxes

If you’re a non-US based customer please be aware that your country may charge your custom duties and taxes on your purchase. These duties and fees are your responsibilities. These are fees that we can’t include in our quotation and that we will not be held responsible for. We only charge you for actual shipping fees. Return and/or refunds will be accepted due to custom fees.

 

Tracking and insurance

We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Our default shipping method for international orders will be USPS First Class International. This is the most economical option but does not include tracking, does not insurance and does not include delivery confirmation. If you would like any of these add-on options you must upgrade to USPS Express International (5 business days) or USPS Priority International Shipping (6-10 business days).

USPS First Class International shipping take approximately 7-10 business days but can sometimes take longer. All About Details® cannot be responsible if your package is delayed.

 

Refunds and exchanges

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes returns have to be made. If the return is being made due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our commitment to our customers.

 

If the return is being made due to a “change of heart” on behalf of the Hostess Hero, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 15 days of the purchase date. Simply contact us to confirm the return, carefully package your items, then them back to us in a secure box that includes your name and order number.

 

Please keep in mind that we aren’t liable for damage that occurs while your package is on its way back to us. Postage for return shipping is your responsibility.
